Parental Consent Form

Hi Everyone!

We are gearing up for harborHack (23) this Friday-Sunday and thank you for participating. We are making every effort to make it a welcoming event for everyone and are including a parent consent form for minors participating in the event. We will have copies at the hackathon but if you are under the age of 18, please have your parent sign, print and bring it to harborHack.
